B-Ticino® thermal-magnetic switches

A complete range of circuit breakers from B-Ticino® up to 1600 Amperes with excellent properties. Also because of its compactness and modern design, the series can be used in many different settings.

The circuit breakers can be divided into four main categories:

• MA/ME Automatic thermal and magnetic standard types up to 50 kA.
• MH Automatic thermal and magnetic with a high short-circuiting capacity of 54 – 70 kA.
• ML Automatic thermal and magnetic supply chokes (current limiting devices) up to 100 kA.
• MS Non-automatic switches without thermal and magnetic protection.

Apart from the standard versions, the following are also available:

• circuit breakers for motor protection
• circuit breakers only with magnetic contact breaker
• circuit breakers for Generator protection
• circuit breakers for Energy companies
• circuit breakers for high-temperature environments above 40 degrees

Versions up to 160 Amperes are suitable for mounting on DIN 35 rail. All electric accessories such as secondary and alarm contacts, switch-off and zero-voltage coils can be used with all types. Various rotary-lever controls and motor drives are also available.

Standards and inspections:
The whole Megatiker® series is produced in accordance with the international IEC 60947-2 standard as well as the national standards of most leading countries.
